Second DHS Alumni Game a huge success for players and benefactors

DeSoto, TX - Fans cheered on over 80 DeSoto Eagles from the past during The Eagles Landing alumni game on May 6 at Eagle Stadium! Joining the players this year were over 20 alumni cheerleaders, 30 alum Eaglettes and a group of alum band members to raise money for the DeSoto Eagle Olympics and The Corey Borner Trust Fund.
Alumni returned to play a little catch, see old friends, and reunite on their old stomping ground, including several NFL players, as well as honor NFL draftee Von Miller who was selected second in the first round and Sydney Carter who plays for the NCAA Women’s Basketball National Champion Texas Aggies.
